Information collected
We collect account details such as name, email, WhatsApp number, country and trading experience. When a payment or IB verification is submitted, we may also receive transaction references, payment receipts, trading account identifiers and verification proof.
How information is used
Information is used to create and secure accounts, manage course and premium access, review payments and verification requests, operate class services, provide support and maintain security/audit records.
Storage and access
Account records are stored in Supabase. Private receipts, verification proof and restricted resources are protected by storage and database access policies. Authorized administrators can review records needed to operate the service.
Activity and security logs
For security and administration, the platform may record account actions, date/time, browser/device information, IP address and approximate IP-derived location where available.
Sharing
Private account and payment information is not published. Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the platform or disclosed when required by law or platform security.
Retention
Records may be retained for account, payment, verification, dispute, security and legal purposes. Profile corrections can be made from the Student Panel where available.
Security
Reasonable technical controls are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep account credentials private and report suspicious activity through Student Profile support.

Privacy or account-support questions can be raised through WhatsApp Support inside the Student Profile after sign-in.
